RFE from TSC

Just received the RFE notification from TSC, requiring evidences that; (1) U.S. benefit will be adversely affected if labor certifictate required; (2) My work outperformed that of peers; (3) My work has influenced other researcher in my field.

It is difficult to answer any of the questions, because my background is not very strong. Since the application was filed by myself, I am wondering if it is worthwhile to hire a lawyer for response to the REF now. I wish those who had the same experience can give me some advice. Thanks.
