I got the second letter and submitted additional documents last sept, and did medical exam Last Oct. But I am still waiting for the third letter. I don't know what will happen to my application. A friend of mine got the second letter in last Oct., and finished medical exam last Nov. But last week, the Buffalo asked him to take IELST. It is so weird.

Dear my case, did your online status show any changes? after your medical exam, did you get any notice from Buffalo.

I did not get any notice about my medical exam from Buffalo. I am not sure whether I should send a letter to ask about this.
