Hello Friends,
Do any of you happen to know the typical response the USCIS may give you after you update your status with them?
I sent some materials to the USCIS-NSC about one month ago to update my stauts with them concerning my I140 petitions (EB1a and NIW, concurrently filed with I485 in April 2004). Based on the post-tracking record, I am pretty sure that the materials have definitely reached the NSC, but no reponse from them yet -- no reply letter or email, also no update of my cases shown in my on-line account. BTW, my sending of those materials was NOT required by the USCIS. I did it simply because I have received a good national award recently.
Moreover, I'd also like to re-post another question here:
My wife was asked by the USCIS to take her FP long time ago (in Oct 2004) concerning the I485 petition, but I haven't been asked to do so yet though I am the principal applicant of the petitions mentioned above. What an action should I take regarding this point?
Thank you very much for any comments/suggestions!
No response to my updating
