Timeline:
May 2003: send application package
July 2003: 1st letter
May 2004: 2nd letter, Interview waived,did FP and medical exam
Jun 2004: FBI FP coming back
Aug 2004: sent out the documents required in the second letter,pay landing fee
Oct 2004: being asked for passport
Nov 2004: received passport with the permanent resident visa
Jan 31 2005: landing
Feb 16 2005: got card
