父母探親簽證可以以照顧生孩子為理由嗎?

各位大俠，如有類似經曆，請賜教。
父母以探親旅遊為名被上海美國領事館拒絕簽證一次。現準備讓母親獨自去簽。想不到更好的理由，我可不可以直接在邀請信上寫明是來照顧女兒生孩子，坐月子?有人說這樣說可能會直接被拒，因為美國人就怕父母來帶孩子。沒有這樣的經驗，不知各位可有這方麵的消息，可不可以用這個理由。
