1。隻要是同一家公司，外州沒問題。
2。140/485 可以在EB2下同時申請。隻要工卡上寫了需要MS degree/BS + 5 years experience 就是EB2，第二類優先。如果隻說BS degree, 就是EB3.
3. 工卡屬於公司, 公司可以為其他員工申請. 但是experience letter很重要.條件必須>=被取代的人. 風險因該不會很大.
