1.pay tax at the landing port(depends on the value of your car)
2.pay registration fee at where you are planning to live
3.pay for inspection before registration
4.if your car is not matching the Canadian ragulation,
then you have to pay to fix the problems.

by my experience, if it is not a brand new car,it doesn't worth to drive it to Canada.
