Why so many like this at TSC

I do not undersanding why so many people have such bad experiences at TSC for 485. It seems that many people did not get the decision on 485 even beyond the time frame posted by CIS. We need appeal. Yesterday, two families have same unlucky experiences, so do I. It seems all are from TSC. WHY?????????????
