About Labor Certificate

Hi, anybody got approved after all cases transfer to the backlog center,
I submitted my case to altanta center on 8/2003. after thanksgiving last year, I can't check my status on-phone anymore, where is my case? I thought it's in backlog center. anyone know how long it will take to deal my case??
