I have a friend has worse situation than you. He filed LC, just filed, his company filed Chapter 11.

His company was bought by another company. He got LC 1.5 years later after that. He got I-140 approved 1 year later. He is on I485 pending now.

Bankruptcy is not good, but first you need to keep your position. Again, this is just what I see. Hopefully, you will get what you want.
