回複：何時開始辦H-1B EXTENSION

Not sure what USCIS will do if you submit the application too early, it says in the instruction of Form I-129 (H-1B app form), applicant shouldn't apply more than 4 months ahead of the expiration date. I guess at least you can submit your application about 4 months from the expiration date of your current H-1B.
