- USCIS filing fee of $190
- Petition Letter (把你的各種信息串起來，逐一闡述prong)
- Personal Statement (淺顯地介紹你的研究及其重大意義)
- Curriculum Vitae
- photocopies of all your legal ducuments since you first day in U.S.
- Reference Letters (原件)
- Other supporting documants, including
* Diplomas and transcripts if any
* Publication reprints
* Citations from others
* Refereeship for Journals
* Memberships
* Honors and awards
* Job offer letters
* and all other that you think important
