Some questions to you:
1. Usually how long will it take to get the final approval after your medical exam result sent.
2. In the 2nd letter, it says no interview needed, and they only need FBI letter of "no record" and some W2 from US employer.
In this case, is the chance big that you'll be asked for background check? (no Army record, no goverment employment record)
3. During the procession, if your non-immigration status changed, but address is the same, do you need to tell them?
BTW, I applied in US, sent the application to Buffalo.
