Yumeng: Thank you very much for the lists. I am still in the early stage of green card application. So please forgive my ignorance on certain things. It seems to me that the inverview is for the beneficiary who is applying adjustment of status through her hu*****and or his wife even though the partner (the petitioner) should also be there. Is this interview a required process for every case or is it required for certain cases selected by INS? Some of my friends didn't have this interview at all. What is the time range between the interview day and the time when you receive the interview notice? Is it long enough so that I can start preparing all the documents after I receive the interview notice? Thanks a lot. And Congratulations on your success!
