my case niw vsc

I got a lot of help from this bbs. Here is my 2 cents about NIW from VSC, hope it may be helpful to others.I filed NIW 01/2003, approved 01/2005, I485 11/2003, approved 01/2003. They got approved at the same week. so , it is better to file both to save your time.

I wait for 2 years to hear anything for my I140, and it is painful. But even you go though NIW , it 's better not change employer, as it may cause i485 interview, as one of my college filed NIW at same time wiht me and his case (I140 approved 09/2004) was transfer to local and need wait another 6 mon.

Hire a good lawyer is useful, you can save money on other stuff, not on
immigration as it is too important to you. We hired an american attorney, he is not very nice and friendly at all, but he did a good job for us, responsible and prompt to my questions. It doesn't matter if he is nice or not as long as he got the job done.

Spend some time to think about your case, how to package youself and sell it to INS, the lawyer can only help, you are the one know it best.
Be calm and confident.
