寄護照給加移民局，4個月沒消息，怎麽辦？

2004年8月收到移民局來信，說審查結束，要寄胡照給它，9月底將護照寄出，到現在也不見寄回來，我現在在日本，等著護照延期，給移民局寫信，發傳真都杳無音訊，真是又氣又急，請那位高人給支個招，在此謝了
