According to my obersvation, 485 is checked randomly.You may not belive that. Just pay a litter attention to the applicants around you. You will belive what I said. Based on same type of application, and same CIS center, some got the approvel within 10 months, some are just within the timeframe, and some are beyond the timeframe. Your guy may also hear that some peopel were asked for FP even without approvel of 140, then later, 140s are rejected. Just drive your guy crazy. You can image what is going on in CIS. Depending how lucky you are. During past few years, I had a lot of suffering which can be written a book. I do not think such suffers were caused by inefficiency or mistakes. Hi, what can we do.
