請教過來人!多謝!!!

本人2002年以J-1身份來美.現在準備填寫2004年稅表. 根據8843表的第7項.我在2002,2003年是J-1 visa.則根據第8項, 我2004年不再免稅.(我2004年仍然是J-1). 但我原來聽說有3年免稅. 這到底是怎麽回事?2004年我的大學也沒有扣我的稅, 如果是2年免稅的話, 那我的補交了. 請過來人指點!叩謝!!祝大家新年快樂!!
