Thanks. Today( Monday) I asked the schoolimmigration specialist who did H1 extension for us to call the immigration office ( vermont immigration center1-800325-5383) . and transfered 5 phone numbersand wait almost 2 hours. finally , the answer was H4 (me)don't needs go back china , just stays usa and waits the receipt letter, after write the explain ( above ) with receipt # to send back to immigration office and wait the approval.
thanks every one again and also thanks Fan attorney. (I called him and he answer me " just sent the file youself, no problem")
