移民局搞錯了

去年同時遞的I485和I140。全家都已經印過手印。可今天我妻子收到了I485被拒絕的
信，但在網上，我的I485和I140都在審查中，我妻子和孩子的I485也在審查中。律
師說移民局搞錯了，但也沒辦法，隻能上訴。請問各位大俠：有遇到過這種事情的
嗎？該怎麽辦？不能打電話去移民局問嗎？謝謝。
