I140 and I485 question

I filed I-140 in Jan2004 (vermont center) and I-485 in Feb2004, and did fingerprint in Nov2004 for I-485. My I-485 was transfer to local office last month and I got another notice for I-485 interview,
Is it good news for my 485 application and
Is it good for my I-140?
how long I still need to wait for my I-140?
