What I mean is that H4 transfer usually follows H1b's petition. For example, your spouse filed the H1 petition and you filed the H4 petition at the same time, the H4 will get approved as soon as your spouse's H1 petition was approved. I am not sure if you filed the H4 petition independently or along with your spouse's petition. If you have the receipt, call Customer service and tell them your case number, they will give you a answer. Good luck.
