我是H-1B 身份作博士後，現準備concurrently file I -140 and I-485辦NIW　和extraordinary ability. 請問需要申請示I-765(work authorization application) 嗎？律師建議申請，但我不知道為什麽，懇請有經驗的朋友指點。　另外，照片應該去那裏照，　可用護照上的照片嗎？多謝，，，
