CA Immigration Question.

Nobody answers my question posted yesterday, tried it again. Thanks for your helps, if you could provide advices.

I am in USA and I have a question on the diploma provided in CA immigration package. Could I make a copy of my diploma/degree and ask someone translate it to English and do the public notary here in USA. I knew that a lot of people provide the Chinese "Gong Zhen" Diploma/degree in the package. However, I didn't see any place in the instruction that the degree and diploma need to be "gong zhen" in China. Anyone has the experience to have degree/diploma translated here and public notary the translation in USA? Thanks.
