說明裏說：AP隻用於在緊急情況下讓用其他方法無法進入美國的人進入美國。而且AP不能作為避開正常簽證程序的手段，也不能避免簽證延誤的保險措施。
而且說明裏接著說，如果持H-1或者H-4等簽證，而且同時I-485 pending，就不需要申請AP。
AP is not for "緊急情況下讓用其他方法無法進入美國的人進入美國". coz you apply for AP before "緊急情況", right? How do you know when "緊急情況" happens? Under ur explaination, you are cheating. Actually AP is for people who filed 485 to enter USA.

可我的問題是，
1，我看到很多人都是有了H-1或者H-4，也報了I-485，為什麽還要申請AP呢？
After you file 485, technically you have to use AP to enter USA. Although you can use H/L visa, CIS suggests to use AP

2，如果AP不能作為避開簽證的手段，又是做什麽用的呢？如果我辦AP的目的就是為了避免簽證，移民局會不會因此拒絕讓我入境呢？

3，如果是H簽證，而且報了485，是不是簽證時會比較容易呢？
No. It will be more difficult to get H1 Visa. coz you obviously trend to immigrate to USA.
