how do you know the policy has been changed? when I checked the chinese embassy website, I did not find any change. It seems to me you still have to go through the same procedure to get a new private passport from them if you came to U.S.A. with a passport for public affair. And the most difficult part of it is to get the approval of the previous company you worked for before you came to U.S.A. If this is not required, things will be much easier.

So you you talk about policy change, do you mean this has been changed? do you or your friend has some similar experience? please explain in detail if possible. thanks a lot.
