求助-140 status Inquiry, TSC的回信

I filed my I-140 (EB2) and I-485 concurrently on 3/4/2004. FP was done Nov 2004. On 1/7/04, I called USCIS and request for an inquiry. I received a letter from them today, stating " We are currently processing I-140 applications with a receipt notice date of 9/13/2002 (yes 2002, this is not a typo) concurrently filed with the I-485 application." That cannot be!!! They posted on line that they were processing I-140 with a RD of 4/22/04. Also, many of us on the forum concurrently filed way after 9/13/02 and got approved. Pleeeease help and share what you think and what I should do next, other than waiting patiently. Very much appreciate your help!!
