我未婚夫是美國護照。但是他也是打了很多個電話，接線員開始的時候總是把他轉到一些莫名其妙的分機，要他留言。他知道必須給主管談，所以最後他非常的強硬，要求接線員必須找到主管之後並且告訴他有人需要跟他談話，再把電話接過去。我未婚夫告訴我說他聽到接線員的腳步聲，it was pretty funny...

Sorry. It is so hard to type Chinese. Anyway, I think the point is that you have to come out strong. They always "欺軟怕硬"。I think it will help if you tell them you call from the United States.

OH, The supervisor told him that they do not consider if any American citizen is involved in the visa application while making decision.
