However, I have one more question remained question mark? As you mentioned, Can I am really able to take the 10 days waiting time as regular vacation leave after receiving the petition receipt( my petition submitted on Jan 10th 1o days after the date I-94 expired, and got approved on Jan. 21.) My situation was that the petition was presented after a 10 days delay and INS guys asked me not being able to go back work untill the petition was approved but if the petition was submitted before the expired date I can keep work even I do not get approval notice after the prior H1b out of date for long time.I just want make sure it with you before I take a action!
