I expect to process our case in two weeks, why: one of my friend NIW VSC RD July 2003 approved on last Nov (still Ph.D candidate, amazing, right, actually another one file earlier, also Ph.D candidate and approved Jan 2003, both DIY), 2nd one file Jan 2004(VSC, NIW), approve three weeks ago, so I predict 3nd (filed Feb 2004, EB1) will come in about two weeks, and last week got notice(unfortunately denied). cross your finger, may get notice any minutes.
