If your hubby is not in US when you file 485, you can't include him. Make sure he is in US that time. Otherwise, you can apply GC for him after you get your own GC. It's more troublesome and may take additional 1~2 years.

If he is in US when you file 485, you can also apply EAD for him so he can work with EAD.
