485 RD Jan. 22, 2002 still

waiting. Twice FP. The 2nd one done in 2003 Dec. is going to expired soon. I called 1800 number in Oct. Nov. and Dec. 2004. They only responsed in Oct. inquiry and said pending for FBI security check. I called FBI, FP are good. So it is stuck on name check. Emailed several times and Fax to FBI. never got any reply. Saw many post for 485 filed in 2003 already approved. But mine is long overdue and still waiting. Do not know when is the end?
