What's your last H1 expiration

date? If your H1 transfer receipt date is ealier than the last H1 expiration date, you should be fine but you need to keep all those approval notices together their receipt notices. Porbably your last H1 expirate date is at Jan. Check with your old H1 documents. Mostly INS connects the new H1 and old H1 periods but they do make mistakes.
