My lawyer said he would take care of everything once my H1b transfer has problems. He also let me relax, because regularly the immigration service just ask for more documents instead of denying the case directly. So he said he would have enough time (normally three months) to figure out how to keep my legal status. I think you can relax if the lawyer'd like to handle your applcaition.
