Do I have to bring my kid with me to obtain the stamps?
Answer: if she/he is over 14 years old. he/she must do plastic card's Fingerprint. Anyway bring your kid with me at that day.

Can I go myself to represent my family?
No. ally of you need to make a fingerprint and signature twice.
