This is one way to fix it. You may ask your attorney to contact your local airport (I guess it has to be an entry point which has right to issue I-94 cards) to ask them to issue you a new I-94 card.

My attorney fixed my family's I-94 cards before he filed our I-485 application. Your case is different from mine because you got wrong I-94 while your I-485 is in pending. I don't think you would get yourself in trouble once your I-485 is approved, but you might have trouble if your application is in dispute.
