Can I have the EAC endorsed?

I have received the US "Employment Authorization Card". On the Employment Authorization Card, it says "NOT VALID FOR REENTRY TO US". On the paper they sent to me with this card, it says "Unless otherwise endorsed, your card cannot be used to reenter the United States". May I ask whether it is possible for me to have the card endorsed, so that I can use it to reenter to US?
