I have a question about board exam, it was said even you have passed step 1 and step 2, when it is time to match, still need recommendation letters from MDs, especially some famous MD. Now I am working as Post PhD, I only know some PhD professors, Dan72, do you think that recommendation letter is necessary or just a kind of normal procedure, thanks a lot.
