Thank you Mr. Justhelp, you are so kind.
My situation is that I forgot to fill the arrest record(I was arrested but after trial, granted no guilty). In this case, can I still just send the correction documents? I have not FP yet. Somebody told me that it is likely to be issued a Notice of Intent to Deny my application to adjust status (because I did not disclose your arrest, not because you were arrested and then later acquitted).
Whether I need to withdraw my file and refile it or only send a correction?
