Real Expericence in Chicago

Theoretically they should go to BEC, but different lawyer have different responces. Lawyer Zhou Jian, the author of the article you linked, wrote another article on-line saying that these cases will go to NPC, only to revise the same article over last weekend to say that it has not been decided yet. I am interested to learn some real experience from folks who recently have experienced this. Anyone? Let's discuss this.
