finger print後多久有消息？？

我con－filed 140和485， EB3 based。一月後接到finger print通知，FP後到現在已經四個月了都沒有消息了，網上狀態仍然是告訴我寄出了FP通知。有沒有人知道現在FP後多久才有結果？ 不會是FP的錯誤吧？
