D-BPC sending 45-days letter

if your case in Dallas Backlog Process Center, they should send 45-days letter to both your lawyer and employer, and tell your case had been transfered to Dallas BPC and if your employer still continue support it. if you don't response it in 45 days, your case should be droped and returned.
