F1身份和AP使用

我現在是合法學生身份， I-485 pending based on marriage. 我需要使用AP回國一趟， 請教大家， 是不是使用AP後學生身份就沒了，變成AOS. 那如果I-485申請出問題， 我又是什麽身份呢？ 先謝了。
