I can't find the telephone now, but you can search their website about maple leaf card or permanent resident card. I called them before aquiring info about not receiving the card, and was told that the card was made already but not sure about my address. But since your wife and kid had already got theirs, they should know the address. Anyway, it is better to call them in such situation. Good luck!
