I filed LC in 2001, I140 approved in May2004. My I-485 was filed in 08/2003, FP done, but I'm still waiting.
Right now, processing to 06/19/03, how about the Eb3 retrogression? Will this affect all the Eb3 cases or the LC filed after 1/1/02?
