Do you know how the third country visa works? I am H1B holder.

I want to go back to China, my lawyer suggested me to get visa in Canada.

1.Does Canada need visa?

2.How do I make an appointment in US Embassy Toronto's cons?

3.If they dont give me visa, I still can come back to US with my I94, right?

4.Must I drive?
