Finally, it is my turn to bring you some good news. My I140 OR was approved yesterday (January 13, 2005) from CSC, no RFE.
The University submitted my I140 OR petition to CSC on Nov. 7, 2003. My basic information is following:
Research Scientist in University. ph.D. in chemistry. 12 publications on English Journals(9 of them is the first author). Several conferance papers. 1 charper of a book. 7 Recommndation letters from China, Canada, and America. Member of several scientific societies. Total about 100 citations of my work. No big awards except some gratudate student awards. Never review other's paper.
