I485 in Texa Center. HELP!!!!

I-495 (based on outstanding prof/res) was filled in May 2002 in Texas center. Nothing happen.My case was transferred to local office on April 2004, FP on Aug 2004, and sent back to TX on Oct 2004. Now TX process date is to Dec. 2002. Strangly, on-line case indicats that my I485 was filled on Oct 2002. I have the receipt notice 2 and a half years ago (May 02). Does anyone had such experimence? I called 1800 customer service, and told I would recevie with 30 days. After 30d,I called again,told same thing...
