Congratulations!
I 'd like to know what is the priority date of your LC.
i heard that the new law required priority date( the date that you got your labor certificate received by the government) should be current(Jan 1,2002),any EB3 with their priority date later than that should wait until it becomes current, is that really true? We filed our 140 and 485 concurrently in Jan,2004, but our 485 still pending with only 140 approved.
