no. once your 485 got approved, you just need make an appoitment with your local immigration through uscis.gov website(infopass system). remeber: if you have three approved 485s, say yours, your wife's and your kid's 485, you need make three appointments one by one. but the infopass system only allows you make one per IP address, so you need find three computer with different ip address to make other two appointments. stamp greencard on your passport is very easy thing, donot worry. it is different from 485 interview.
in addition, you need bring your passport, 2 by 2 inches picture, all I-94cards.
